Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur relaunches its 51 Serviced Apartments
Renovated one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on Levels 4 to 8, beside the PETRONAS Twin Towers, now open for short and extended stays with the hotel's facilities to hand.
Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur has unveiled its newly renovated and reimagined Serviced Apartments: a collection of 51 residences on Levels 4 to 8 of the hotel in the KLCC precinct. The apartments were relaunched on 20 October 2026 and are available for short and extended stays. They stand next to the PETRONAS Twin Towers and connect directly to Suria KLCC Mall.
The collection covers one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. One-bedroom apartments start at 75 sqm, two-bedrooms at 123 sqm and three-bedrooms at 152 sqm, and the largest reach 190 sqm. Each is laid out as a home. An entry foyer opens onto separate sitting and dining areas, and the open-plan kitchen has Bosch appliances, including a combined washer-dryer. Anyone staying longer than a week or two will value that last detail most.
Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathrooms are well specified, with Grohe and American Standard fittings, Kaldewei bathtubs and Feruni Traventino stoneware. The technology is chosen for daily use: PowerMat wireless charging, Somfy Glydea Ultra motorised curtains, an LG 55-inch IPTV and a Bose smart soundbar. Taken together, these are apartments for living in over weeks, with the comforts of a well-run home.
Views vary by apartment. Depending on its position, an apartment looks out over the city skyline, KLCC Park or the Petronas Twin Towers. On a longer stay, the view becomes part of every morning. It is worth asking at the enquiry stage which outlook a particular apartment has, especially when booking a larger layout for a family.
The hotel around the apartments is what sets them apart. Residents can use the hotel’s fitness and recreation level. It has a garden terrace, a 27-metre outdoor infinity pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a 24-hour Fitness Centre and The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur. For a family, that means a pool and courts a lift ride away. For someone on a working assignment, it means a gym open at any hour and a spa for the end of a long week.
The hotel’s dining is just as close. Lai Po Heen serves Cantonese cooking, and the line-up continues with Mandarin Grill, Lounge On The Park, Mosaic, AQUA Restaurant & Bar and MO Bar. There is also 24-hour In-Room Dining for evenings when nobody wants to cook. Residents can use the kitchen when they want to and the restaurants when they don’t, and on a longer stay that flexibility counts for a great deal.

The location suits the kind of stay these apartments are designed for. The KLCC precinct is one of Kuala Lumpur’s best-known addresses, and the direct link to Suria KLCC Mall puts shopping and everyday errands within reach without stepping out into the city’s heat. Travellers in Kuala Lumpur for a project, a posting or a family visit get a full residential apartment with a hotel’s service and facilities in the same building.
Rates are available on request and depend on the length of stay and the apartment type. Enquiries and private viewings are handled by Ms. Maznah at the hotel. Anyone planning an extended stay should arrange a viewing first, to compare layouts and views and to agree terms for the length of stay they have in mind.
