Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, a recognised Michelin One-Key resort, has announced the Tennis For All Seasons Retreat, a three-day programme running December 4-6, 2026. It is built for players at USTA 3.0+ level who want serious coaching on court, then time for recovery, yoga and the spa, all within a single long weekend on Oahu’s Ko Olina coast.

The format is simple. Each morning, from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, the retreat runs as a structured tennis session. Across the weekend this adds up to eight hours of professional instruction, delivered through clinics, skill-building drills, coached match play and tactical work. The syllabus covers stroke development, movement, serving and doubles strategy. That spread suits the intermediate and advanced club player who already enjoys the game and now wants to tighten the parts of it that decide matches.

The coaching team is the main draw. The retreat is led by Roberta Russo, the resort’s Director of Tennis and a former WTA-ranked player whose career took her onto the French Open and Italian Open circuits. With her are Adam Brewer, the resort’s Lead Wellness Specialist and an RSPA Elite Tennis Professional, and Bianca Schulhof, also an RSPA Elite Tennis Professional. Between them they bring more than 45 years of combined coaching experience. Brewer is a certified coach, trainer and author who has spent over 30 years coaching players from beginners to ATP level.

That mix of backgrounds shapes the whole programme. Russo brings first-hand experience of the professional tour, and Brewer adds his long coaching career and his work in wellness. The result is a weekend that treats the body as carefully as the forehand. Mobility sessions and yoga run alongside the tennis, aimed at both performance and recovery, so the work done each morning on court is supported by the rest of the day.

Guests on the retreat also receive 20 percent savings on treatments at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre, the resort’s 35,000-square-foot (3,252-square-metre) spa. After two mornings of drills and match play, that saving is likely to be put to use. The package also includes one complimentary wellness class per day, so recovery is part of the plan from the first day.

The package covers accommodation from December 4 to 6, 2026, daily breakfast on December 5 and 6, the morning tennis sessions, the daily wellness class and a 2:00 pm late check-out on December 6. That late check-out matters more than it might seem: the final morning can be spent on court and the afternoon begun at leisure, with no rush to clear the room. For anyone flying out the same day, it keeps the last session from becoming a race to the airport.

Rates start from USD 730 plus taxes per night for single occupancy and USD 965 plus taxes per night for double occupancy. The double rate makes the retreat an easy proposition for a couple who both play, or for two friends of similar standard who want to sharpen their doubles game together. Since the programme is set for a single weekend with small-group coaching, those interested would be wise to book early.

For the discerning traveller, the appeal lies in the combination. Tennis holidays usually offer either intensive coaching or a resort stay, and this one offers both: a coaching team with tour-level and long-term teaching experience, a clear morning schedule, and afternoons left open for the spa, the classes and Oahu itself. Early December also places the weekend ahead of the busy festive season, which makes it a natural start to a longer Hawaiian winter stay.

Reservations can be made through the resort’s website or by calling 808-679-0079.
