Four Seasons Yachts has confirmed a second vessel. Four Seasons II will follow Four Seasons I — which launched in March 2026 — and arrive in 2028, carrying a new category of accommodation designed for those who prefer to travel with family or in larger groups without sacrificing the intimacy of a small ship. Inaugural season voyages are open for booking now.

The headline addition is the Yacht Residential Suites, a category that debuts on this second vessel. Positioned on the upper decks, these suites are offered in two- to four-bedroom configurations, placing them closer in scale to a private residence than to a conventional cabin. For multi-generational parties in particular, the appeal is straightforward: shared space without the compromise of separate, disconnected rooms.

Each Residential Suite is built around open-concept living, with private terraces, integrated lifestyle kitchens, dining spaces and dedicated entertainment areas. The intention is clear — guests can host, dine and gather within their own quarters rather than treating the suite as somewhere to sleep between excursions. Select Yacht Residential Suites go further still, adding private splash pools, outdoor showers and wellness-focused amenities.

Service is structured to match. Residential Suite guests will have a dedicated concierge to arrange personalised dining and to curate the line’s Shore and Sea Experiences. Across the vessel, Four Seasons II maintains a one-to-one guest-to-staff ratio, the same standard set by the first yacht and a figure that signals where the operation places its emphasis.

Scale has been kept deliberately modest. The yacht will feature 79 expansive suites in an all-suite configuration, preserving the intimate proportions of Four Seasons I. This is not a vessel built to move thousands; it is closer in spirit to a floating Four Seasons property, with the brand’s land-side service culture carried out to sea.

The vessel is being built in partnership with the Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri and operated by Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd, the same arrangement that underpins the wider Four Seasons Yachts venture. That continuity matters: it suggests the second yacht is an extension of an established programme rather than a one-off experiment, and that the design and operational standards established on the first vessel will inform the second.

For travellers weighing whether to commit ahead of a 2028 debut, the practical consideration is the Residential Suites themselves. As the most distinctive accommodation aboard — and the only suites with the option of private splash pools — they are likely to be the first to draw interest from families and groups planning around school holidays or significant occasions. Reserving early is the only way to secure a particular configuration on a specific itinerary, and inaugural seasons tend to attract guests who book well in advance.

Bookings for the inaugural season are now open. Reservations are handled through a Personal Yacht Consultant, reachable at 1 800 705 7580, who can advise on suite categories, itineraries and the curated Shore and Sea Experiences that accompany each voyage. With two years until launch, there is time to plan deliberately — and, for those drawn to the residential suites, good reason to begin the conversation sooner rather than later.
